The contracting authority ATU proposes to engage in a competitive process to establish a single operator framework agreement for ethics approval software (SaaS) to facilitate the efficient management of postgraduate research ethics submissions and approvals. The solution must integrate seamlessly with Elsevier PURE Research Information Management System to streamline ethics approval processes and link ethics data with research projects.
