This document is a Request for Information (‘RFI’) in relation to the BBC Media & Broadcast Systems Integrator Re-procurement Project. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI that will inform our thinking prior to any potential procurement exercise. Responding to this RFI will allow the BBC to: • Ascertain the appetite in the market ahead of the BBC undertaking this exercise. • Build a supplier side view of the current framework and what the future structure of the framework might look like. • Gather feedback on the tender process and any areas where the BBC might make it more attractive to potential suppliers. Should you choose to respond to this RFI the BBC will take on board responses when shaping any future procurement activity. For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the BBC in response to this RFI will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process. However, the BBC anticipates launching a procurement opportunity in the near future. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement nor does it give any advantage in that procurement.
