Tender description

Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) wish to appoint a creative event management company to provide Event Management, Planning and Delivery Services for a Georgian Themed Christmas Market/Fair in Limerick’s city centre pubic realm. The contract includes Creative Programming and Event Management Service for a Georgian Market/Fair, the provision of a physical festive market fair, market vendors, animation/entertainment, all on site Health and Safety. Limerick City and County Council requires a suitably qualified company to create, produce and deliver all site operations associated with the event experience that will attract visitor numbers to Limerick City. The successful Tenderer will provide (either directly or through 3rd party suppliers) all strategic event planning and delivery services for the event. The services and areas of responsibility of the successful Tenderer for the event will be agreed based on the specific requirements within the given time and economic and working environment.
