Tender description
The Authority required a contract to be put in place for the ongoing support and maintenance of previously purchased Starlims perpetual licences. A Professional Services Day rate was also requested as part of the contract with the intention of being an option to utilise for any required enhancements in the interim period. Lot 1: The Authority required to appoint a Contractor for the provision of a Support and Maintenance Agreement for the existing Starlims Forensic Evidence Management System currently in use within SPA Forensics Services.
