City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) are seeking input from potential suppliers within the market, to gather feedback on the proposed contract and procurement route for Hickman Avenue Fleet and Council Services Facility Design & Build. This will be a Design and Build (D&B) procurement route and project delivery method where a single contractor is responsible for both design and construction. CWC are proposing to construct a new facility at the existing Wolverhampton Wholesale Market site to accommodating the following facilities or services: • Taxi Licensing • Fleet services vehicle workshop and associated vehicle parking provision • Travel Unit parking and storage • Meals on Wheels • Street Lighting and Cleaning Stores storage • Shared office and welfare facilities for multiple Council services Keywords: Construction, Building, Facility
