Award of Framework Call-Off Contract - Offshore Wind Supply Chain Assessment and Strategic Analysis for Crown Estate Scotland

The purpose of this contract is to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor to provide independent assessment and verification of the Supply Chain Development Statement’s (SCDS’s), the associated Contracted Position Statement (CPS) and wider supply chain services and analysis linked to CES’s offshore wind portfolio, primarily the projects awarded through the ScotWind and INTOG leasing rounds. The contract will run for a minimum of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 years. Lot 1: This procurement exercise was conducted in the form of a further competition through Lot 6 of the Crown Commercial Service RM6187 Framework Agreement. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor to provide independent assessment and verification of the Supply Chain Development Statement’s (SCDS’s), the associated Contracted Position Statement (CPS) and wider supply chain services and analysis linked to CES’ offshore wind portfolio, primarily the projects awarded through the ScotWind and INTOG leasing rounds. The contract will run for a minimum of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 years.. The estimated budget for this contract is 300,000 GBP (excl. VAT). This figure is indicative only, as the actual contract value will be determined by the volume and nature of work commissioned over the contract term. Costs will be incurred in accordance with the awarded schedule of rates, and the final value will not be known until the conclusion of the contract.
