24.908 - Design Development and Construction of Advanced Units & Infrastructure at Upper Achintore, Fort William - Phase 1

Tender description

The Works comprise the construction of 1 No high quality flexible industrial building with 4 No units and all associated infrastructure works on the site at Upper Achintore, Fort William. The infrastructure works will include drainage, service, street lighting and utility provisions/ducting and the like. This will include duct/draw wire provision for utilities and future EV installation. Lot 1: This contract will be awarded as design development and construction (D&B) with the requirement that the contractor appoints their own design team to complete the design necessary to enable the development to be constructed. They will be responsible for the management of their designers and all sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to budget. It is expected that these services will be required from January 2026 for an initial period of 1 year and have an estimated value of between 1.65M GBP and 1.95M GBP (excluding VAT).
