Tender description
The Housing Development Team are seeking to establish a contract with an Interior Designer to create a design for the interior of the forthcoming Independent Living Scheme (over 55’s) at Wellfield Road. The Designer will be expected to produce and supply a pleasant interior which will create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for residents at the scheme. Applicants will be expected to provide evidence of experience with similar projects and to present a ‘mood board’ displaying their vision of how they would approach the scheme. We would also like them to visit our existing schemes to familiarise themselves with the themes that we have gone with previously. Keywords: interior design
