Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning in Argyll and Bute

Tender description

The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier(s) to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters in Argyll and Bute and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Between August 2025 and 30 September 2025, the Supplier will complete a thorough clean of all bus shelters. The next year and until the end of the Contract period, the Supplier will complete a bi-annual thorough clean of all bus shelters approximately 6 months apart, the usual cleaning times are April and October. There may also be occasions when the Council requests an extra clean after an incident that has occurred. Lot 1: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Helensburgh and Lomond The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Helensburgh and Lomond and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 2: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Bute The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Bute and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 3: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Cowal The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Cowal and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 4: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Mid Argyll The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Mid-Argyll and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 5: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Kintyre The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Kintyre and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 6: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Islay The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Islay and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 7: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Oban & Lorn The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Oban & Lorn and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 8: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Mull The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelters within Mull and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage. Lot 9: Provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning within Tiree The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier to be responsible for the cleaning and inspection of bus shelter(s) within Tiree and to establish an information flow with the Council relating to damage.
