Tender description

Lot 1 Coaching (Single Supplier Framework) - SOLAS are looking for experienced service provider(s) to provide individual coaching to our grades 1 (CEO), 3 (Executive Directors), 4 (Directors, 6 (Managers) and grade 7 (Assistant Managers). Lot 2 Team Facilitation (Multi-Supplier Framework) - SOLAS require suppliers who can work with teams in a variety of ways, for example: Team building; Understanding purpose; Goal setting; Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations; Fostering trust, belonging and inclusivity; Managing conflict; Recognising other strengths; Clear communication; Giving and receiving feedback; Planning and Review; Developing a growth mindset Lot 3 (Single Supplier Framework) - Provision of ‘Psychometric Assessment and Personal Development Tools’ to include application of the tool together with half day workshops to work through assessment results and next steps. This applies to both individuals and teams.
