LJHA Gas Servicing and Maintenance Works

Tender description

The works comprise Gas Servicing, repairs and maintenance works to circa 242 properties, in the Moortown area of Leeds including: • Gas Safety Check and Servicing of boilers to all domestic properties • Gas Servicing of assorted gas fires and cookers • 3* Gas Heating and Hot Water Repairs Service • Support LJHA's Void process, including cap off, turn on, test and re-commissioning • Ad-hoc Replacement of Radiators • Ad-hoc Boiler Replacements • Ad-hoc Hot Water Cylinder Replacements • Associated works including testing of Smoke / Carbon Monoxide / Heat Detectors The contract includes an all-inclusive parts and labour "3 star" comprehensive service and maintenance agreement and the Contractor shall also be responsible for out of hour repairs to systems to various properties that are owned by the Employer. This is a call off from the EN:Procure DPS Installation, Responsive Repair, Maintenance. The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis for 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods.
