Tender description

The Scottish Government wishes to commission external support to assess the impact of the Water, Wastewater and Drainage policy development and proposed legislation which is expected to enter the parliamentary process in 2027. This includes undertaking Strategic Environmental Assessment for the emerging policy proposals to inform further policy development and decision making. The contract also makes provision for further advice around the environmental assessment needs of later stages of the policy development.
