Technical Standards - Commission to Assemble a Library of Standards for HRA Stock Investment Works

Tender description

The London Borough of Newham aims to tender a commission for the establishment of a library of technical standards, encompassing workstreams regularly delivered to their tenanted properties across multiple delivery streams including Capital delivery, repairs and new build. These standards will include all potentials from kitchens to EV chargers. The commissioned party will be expected to have an existing library of such standards; which will then require further liaison with the in-house teams to develop these to suit currently set particular requirements (manufacturers/models etc) - ensuring continuity for future maintenance etc - not only providing ease of inclusion into our employers requirements in tendered works, but additionally streamlining our ability to maintain our housing stock
