Tender description

Gedling Borough Council (GBC) is commissioning a programme of Building surveys (RICS Level 3) to be undertaken across a diverse portfolio of Council properties. These properties include temporary accommodation units (e.g. flats, houses, bungalows), as well as offices, community centres, and other operational and non-operational buildings. The purpose of the surveys is to provide a detailed understanding of the current condition of these assets in order to inform future maintenance, investment planning, and compliance management. The surveys will form part of a wider strategic approach to property asset management and must deliver accurate, structured, and comprehensive data to support decision-making across multiple service areas. The appointed supplier will be required to demonstrate competence in building surveying, health and safety awareness, and professional reporting standards.
