RCH656 - Out of Hours Call Service

Tender description

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to provide out of hours telephony services. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes requires to procure the services of an experienced and competent company to provide an ‘Out of Hours’ telephony service for our tenants. A detailed specification for the service required is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. The service must be implemented and operational by first week in November, only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender offer. The appointment will initially be for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods, subject to contract performance and the agreement of the successful bidder. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
