River Clyde Homes (RCH) are seeking the appointment of a Principal Designer (Health & Safety) for the demolition and site clearance of Nos. 1-6, 13-17, 20-24 Kelburn Terrace,Port Glasgow. A detailed Project Brief is attached at Appendix E. Bidders should ensure the brief is read and understood prior to submitting a tender response. Out with the project commission, the consultant may be asked to perform additional ad-hoc Services for RCH. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
