Partial Demolition, Vegetation Treatment, and Rebuilding of Masonry Wall

Tender description

Works include partial demolition of an existing masonry wall to remove vegetation and address structural defects. The wall will be rebuilt to its original height with coping stones secured using stainless steel dowels and resin adhesive, and repointing carried out where mortar has degraded. Vegetation will be cut back and treated to prevent regrowth. Lot 1: The works comprise the partial demolition and reconstruction of an existing stone wall to address vegetation damage and structural deterioration.
