Framework for the Servicing and Maintenance of Automatic Doors

Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced service providers to a framework for the servicing and maintenance of automatic doors across the Council’s asset portfolio, comprising of approximately 105 properties, including, but not limited to Leisure facilities, Administration and Civic buildings, Community Centres, Public Conveniences, Cemeteries, Household Recycling Centres, Depots, Sporting Pavilions, Stadiums, Tourist Centres, Restaurants, Car Parks and Heritage Sites. The Contract will deliver a response and routine maintenance service, including adaptation, refurbishment and minor project work for over approximately 100 automatic doors, including single swing, bi-parting folding, bi-parting sliding, pair swing and 4-wing revolving doors entailing pull/slide arm and standard push arm configurations.
