Tender description
West Midlands Combined Authority has awarded a contract to BNP Paribas via a complaint direct award process, utilising the ESPO 664-2 Lot 8F Planning, Valuation and Structure Framework. The contract will run from 21st April 2025 - 31st March 2027. Lot 1: West Midlands Combined Authority require the support of External Chartered Surveyors to complete red book valuations for acquired assets on behalf of the Authority, in respect of the Electric Vehicle Charging Area Transit Stations Delivery Programme.
