Expressions of Interest for the provision of General Medical Services (GMS) at Kirkley Mill Health Centre, Lowestoft (Lot 1) and Nelson Medical Centre, Great Yarmouth (Lot 2)

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide General Medical Services (GMS) for the following Lots;<br/><br/>Lot 1 - Kirkley Mill Health Centre, Lowestoft<br/><br/>Lot 2 - Nelson Medical Centre, Great Yarmouth<br/><br/>We invite all interested providers to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire.<br/><br/>The service commencement date for both Lots is 1st October 2026.<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12:00PM (Mid-day) on 12th September 2025.<br/><br/>The procurement will be advertised in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime(PSR) Notice. The awarding of this contract will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023, will not apply to this award. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Kirkley Mill Health Centre Norfolk and Waveney ICB is seeking to award a General Medical Services contract for the provision of primary medical services and other services at Kirkley Mill Health Centre from 1st October 2026.<br/><br/>Kirkley Mill Health Centre is located within Lowestoft and the practice is non-dispensing and is within the East Norfolk locality.<br/><br/>The patient list size is 7,462 (weighted 7,616.76) as of Q1 2025/26.<br/><br/>Please note in terms of contract length, this will be a GMS contract in perpetuity. The estimated annual baseline contract value is £886,542. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Nelson Medical Practice Norfolk and Waveney ICB is seeking to award a General Medical Services contract for the provision of primary medical services and other services at Nelson Medical Centre from 1st October 2026. <br/><br/>The practice is non-dispensing and is within the East Norfolk locality.<br/><br/>The patient list size is 6,208 (weighted 5,964.68) as of Q1 2025/26.<br/><br/>Please note in terms of contract length, this will be a GMS contract in perpetuity. The estimated annual baseline contract value is £691,933
