- Andium Homes are looking to undertake a request for information (RFI) procedure with the market to assess and understand our options for a software package to support planning, design and construction on their capital programmes and projects. - The scope of this RFI will be to determine which companies are able to meet the requirements of Andium Homes which are outlined within the key documentation. - If your company is interested, you must register an interest before 12:00 27/08/2025 to access the RFI which closes 12:00 29/08/2025 . - Important Eligibility Notice Before proceeding with the completion and submission of this Request for Information (RFI), please carefully review the following criteria: • Your company must employ at least five (5) people. • Your company must meet or partially meet all the mandatory ("must-have") requirements outlined in the RFI documentation. • Your solution must include construction-related experience, software that has just generic project management capabilities will be discounted from the process. If your company does not meet the above criteria, we kindly request that you do not proceed with completing or submitting a response to this RFI.
