Tender description

The Library service operates three mobile library vehicles through the County, and one of these vehicles needs to be replaced. This procurement will be for the supply, build of the mobile library and possible maintenance requirements. It will look at the possible options of low emission vehicles and the practicalities and costs or saving of running such vehicle for this service. It will further look at the possible options of purchase outright or some form of financing options. The contract term will be based on the life of the vehicle which we expect to operate for ten years, and the value is cost of the supply and build and the current maintenance costs.
