Traveller sites - there are some serious concerns around the conditions of the buildings, concrete bases and drainage systems. The first stage of the investigations is to undertake a thorough condition survey on the site to highlight areas of risk in which we need to progress. Traveller sites can provide operational issues with contracts/consultancy accepting works. Where works are accepted there is often an increase in price to account for a perceived risk. Hansom Barron Smith have experience of delivering Traveller site condition surveys within Cambridgeshire and where able to facilitate the timeline of surveys in which we required to address some complaints being received by housing on the conditions of the site.
