OSUK sought bids to establish a framework of contractors to maintain properties across their property portfolio. A range of services were required including but not limited to; - Electrical repairs - Electrical Installation Condition Reports - Communal door repairs and maintenance - General repairs and maintenance - Joinery repairs - Gutter cleaning and gutter repairs - Plastering As part of Halton Housing, Open Solutions (OSUK) Limited is guided by the same values.
