Intelligent OD to deliver Developing Inclusive and Anti-Racist Leaders as part of the NW ADASS Regional Programme NW ADASS provides sector led improvement support and collaboration projects for a adult social care to the region’s councils. The programme has since 2023 developed an anti-racism programme under the NW ADASS Future Workforce Collective, which reports to the region’s Executive (23 Directors of Adult Services). Having delivered a series of regional events a more structured OD programme has been developed to be tested with a council with the involvement of regional peers. Piloting the programme will provide insight into further support to our councils. In additional anti-racism being prioritised by our Executive, equalities, diversity and inclusion are a key component of current CQC Assurance.
