NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Relevant Authority) are undertaking a Request for Information in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver a Short Breaks Service for people with complex needs and learning disabilities in South Tyneside.
