Tender description
Southern Regional College (SRC) is a Further and Higher Education College in Northern Ireland. The College has invested significantly in the health and well-being of staff and has implemented a range of measures aimed at supporting staff, whilst reducing the level of sickness absence. The College wishes to offer staff a Cashback Healthcare Scheme. The aim of the scheme ensures that the employee has access to services which will result in immediate diagnosis of a condition (where that condition is diagnosable), with direct follow-up treatment and support to deal with the condition.
