The work comprises of the Electrical Services Installation upgrade works to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. This entails the supply, erection, installation, connection, testing and setting to work of Electrical Services associated with the finishing in every respect of the following works: De-installation and removal of existing electrical services, Provision and Installation of all distribution boards and sub-mains cabling, Provision and Installation of cable containment, Provision and Installation of wiring for power, lighting, Provision and Installation of equipment, as indicated, Provision and Installation of lighting fittings, Provision and Installation of Lighting, power for the site services, An electrical periodic inspection and testing regime should be set up with an electrical contracting company post works to ensure the electrical installation is kept in safe and good working order into the future, All associated builder works
