Delivery, administration, analysis, and support in delivering the undernoted SQA’s Staff Opinion Survey. Lot 1: -The survey will cover approximately 1000 staff -The survey should be online with an option for paper completion for those members of staff unable to complete online -The survey must allow comparisons to be made with previous SQA survey data (including benchmarking data) -We require the ability to tailor questions to reflect SQA needs -Confidentiality of respondents should be guaranteed -Results should be able to be reported on without infringing on the confidentiality of respondents -Supplier should supply ongoing reports on completion levels -Benchmarking with appropriate organisations is essential
