Tender description

Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a suitably and qualified contractor for the replacement of the Visitor Facilities Toilets and Cycle Hub at Castle Semple Loch. This facility is adjacent to the visitor centre. Lot 1: The Council has the requirement to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the replacement of the Toilets and Cycle Hub at the visitor facilities at Castle Semple in Lochwinnoch. The facility sits adjacent to the visitor centre. The Contractor appointed will be required to demolish the existing facility, as well as handling, and securing the materials on the existing block to be reused in the new build facility in line with the Specification.
