The Adult Social Care (ASC) in the Royal Borough of Kingston uses a number of applications for managing their services to clients and staff. Some of these applications are the IAS system and Adult and Children's ContrOCC.\\r\r \\r\r To ensure continuous value is achieved from these systems and the smooth running of these applications to meet their expected performance, a periodic health check and application configuration optimisation is required. This application Health Check and remediation support service verifies the operational status of the applications and their status. It will identify potential issues early, minimizing downtime, improving user experience, and maintaining system reliability.
