Request For Tenders for Design Team Services for the Murrough Innovation Centre Construction Project

Tender description

Wicklow Enterprise Park (WEP) is seeking Architect-led Integrated Design Team services to deliver the Murrough Innovation Centre through the Smart Regions Funding Scheme. The proposed development comprises a 4-storey standalone office building (GIA 2,248.50 sq.m), incorporating a Glulam structural frame. The Innovation Centre will include office accommodation, a cafeteria, exhibition space, staff facilities, and ancillary uses, with an upper-level terrace and rooftop plant area above the core. The project is based on an existing Grant of Planning and will progress from CWMF Stage (ii)b – Design for Statutory Approval (FSC and DAC) through to Stage (v) – Handover of Works. However, please note that that Stage (ii)C is a stop point in the process whilst a Grant Application is made with restart subject to successful receipt of Grant. The successfull tenderer will be responsible for the provision of a Pre-tender Estimate and itemised Bill of Quantities for the project which be used to set the budget for the Grant Application.
