Provision of Consultancy on LGR Proposal - AWARD

Tender description

Oxford City Council needs to make a compelling case for a city-based unitary authority under the government's Local Government Reorganisation. There are three competing proposals being put forward across the county, including the City Council's ambitious, growth-based proposal for an expanded city unitary - the most complex of the proposals   The proposal needs to demonstrate how the new council can deliver on economic potential of Oxford's world leading knowledge industries. It must also show that it will be able to deliver high-quality, sustainable services for residents and create financially sound unitary authorities for the city and the rest of the county.
