Tender description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to commission an organisation for 12-months, to work within our Family Hubs and outreach venues to support families with additional needs. The purpose is to offer peer support for parents with SEND (Children with special educational needs and disabilities), and for parents of children with disabilities, special educational needs or chronic health conditions, through the provision of specialised groups. These groups will have a specific focus on navigating healthcare and education systems, accessing local support and resources, sharing coping strategies and advocating for children¿s needs Keywords: Support for Families with Additional Needs
