Supply of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies - Market Engagement Exercise

Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus would like to discuss the products listed below to further its understanding of how these technologies have developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Procure Plus would like to engage with organisations who ideally have two years experience in the manufacture or distribution of low and zero carbon technologies. Procure Plus do not wish to engage with consultants as part of this exercise. Procure Plus would like to hear from organisations who manufacture or distribute any of the following products; 1. Air Source Heat Pumps (Domestic and/or Commercial) 2. Ground Source Heat Pumps (Domestic and/or Commercial) 3. Hot Water Cylinders 4. High Heat Retention Storage Heaters 5. Infra-Red Technologies (Infra-Red Panel Heaters) 6. Smart Controls 7. Photovoltaic and Battery Systems Suppliers who would like to participate in this exercise will be required to complete a short questionnaire that summarises their organisation and experience before being invited to attend a short meeting. To manage the resource of both the suppliers who express an interest in this exercise and the time of the team at Procure Plus, Procure Plus reserves the right to decline to engage with organisations who do not have the required experience of manufacturing or distributing the products described within this notice. It is expected that the engagement meetings will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in February and March 2025 although this timetable may be subject to change. Procure Plus provides no guarantee that a procurement will be carried out pursuant to this exercise or that it will be carried out within a given period of time. Suppliers who engage with Procure Plus should do so on the understanding that information provided is to support and develop an understanding of the market only. It does not represent information for evaluation purposes, and it will not constitute a tender. Information provided by the suppliers in this exercise will be treated confidentially. Lot 2: Supply of ground source heat pumps (domestic and/or commercial) Procure Plus would like to discuss ground source heat pumps (domestic and/or commercial) with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Lot 3: Supply of hot water cylinders Procure Plus would like to discuss hot water cylinders with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Lot 4: Supply of high heat retention storage heaters Procure Plus would like to discuss high heat retention storage heaters with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Procure Plus would like to engage with organisations who ideally have two years experience in the manufacture or distribution of low and zero carbon technologies. Procure Plus do not wish to engage with consultants as part of this exercise. Lot 5: Supply of infra-red technologies (Infra-Red Panel Heaters) Procure Plus would like to discuss infra-red technologies with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Procure Plus would like to engage with organisations who ideally have two years experience in the manufacture or distribution of low and zero carbon technologies. Procure Plus do not wish to engage with consultants as part of this exercise. Lot 6: Supply of smart controls Procure Plus would like to discuss smart controls with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the scope and distribution. Procure Plus would like to engage with organisations who ideally have two years experience in the manufacture or distribution of low and zero carbon technologies. Procure Plus do not wish to engage with consultants as part of this exercise. Lot 7: Supply and distribution of photovoltaic and battery systems Procure Plus would like to discuss photovoltaic and battery systems with manufacturers and distributors to further its understanding of how this technology has developed in terms of the size, scope and distribution. Procure Plus would like to engage with organisations who ideally have two years experience in the manufacture or distribution of low and zero carbon technologies. Procure Plus do not wish to engage with consultants as part of this exercise.
