Fully coat metal roof with a polyurethane coating ( 15 year guarantee). Jetwash roof, removing any debris etc. Apply liquid rubber flexible coating. Supply scaffolding to front and rear gutters and install brand new epdm rubber linings. Replace perimeter trim with new mild steel plastisol coated trims Waste disposal
