Overlay existing roof covering with Sika Trocal PVC membrane roof covering to achieve 20-year manufacturer guarantee. Sika Trocal Type SGK PVC membrane lead grey, 25mm Sikatherm PIR recover board insulation. S-vap 500E vapour control layer fully adhered system. 480m2 Supply and install Fakro DXC 900mm x 900mm fixed dome and kerb rooflight including perimeter weathering.
