Tender description

Progress Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to assist the inhouse team with the planned and reactive maintenance of approximately 30 Kitchen and\or Bathroom replacements per year in the North West area as per the attached specification. Contract term - The anticipated Contract duration is 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years (1+1) subject to performance.
