Tender description

Outsourcing cataract surgical procedures. Lot 1: A direct award via the Cwm Tag Morgannwg University Health Board's waiver process is made to award a contract for the outsourcing of ophthalmic surgical procedures, to meet the long waiting list backlog arising from the emergency closure of surgical capacity at the Princess of Wales Hospital.
