Middlesbrough Council provide a fundamental role in addressing the issue of homelessness and providing supported accommodation and housing solutions to support residents. The ambition is to ‘shift’ the culture of homelessness services towards prevention and provide assistance to all eligible people in need of it, removing barriers. We have the pleasure in inviting you to a Market Engagement Event to be held at The Spencer Room, Middlesbrough Town Hall on Thursday 23rd January (1 pm). The purpose of this Market Engagement Event is to advise of our intention to implement a co-ordinated approach to providing a housing supply model to address the needs of residents at risk of homelessness, particularly families, single people and couples with complex needs and young care leavers.
