The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a supplier (or suppliers) to deliver a new scheme of knowledge transfer for farmers. Given the potential scale and scope of this scheme, this scheme presents a significant opportunity for bidders. The purpose of this Market Sounding Exercise is to gauge market interest and gather insights to refine the service requirements.
