Guildhall Events Catering Framework

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of the City of London Guildhall Events Catering Framework. The City Guildhall Events Catering specification details the expectations and requirements for catering services at the Guildhall. This can be found on a separate PDF on the City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal. It is expected that successful bidders will be informed of the outcome of the tender process in July 2025, and that the new list of approved caterers will be available on the Guildhall website for potential clients to view from 1 September 2025. The duration of the Framework Agreement for the Guildhall Events Catering as indicated in the Specification will be for a core period of three (3) years. In addition, the Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend this Framework Agreement by up to one (1) year. As a result, the estimated total contract value for the Framework for City of London Guildhall Events Catering is approximately £950,000 across a four (4) year period, please note that there are no minimum orders / values guaranteed to successful bidder’s awarded on the framework. The duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to one (1) year. The maximum length of the contract is therefore four (4) years.
