GoJ - NHF – Development Works - Work Package Contract Nr 1 – Site hoardings, site clearance and Principal Contractor role for Work Packages 1 and 2

For the design and construction of the following works and for the provision services on the site known as Overdale, all as identified in the summarised list below: 1. Design, supply and installation of the site hoardings and gates including maintenance and monitoring; a. Type A (Heras) – circa 970m; in total, b. Type B (Solid ply, traditional construction – circa 1,270m in total, c. Type C (solid panels to accept graphics) – circa 200m in total. Note the Employer is willing and wishes to consider other proprietary products/systems that maybe appropriate and welcomes these being proposed. 2. Site clearance including the removal of all hard standings, kerbs, walls, foundations, vegetation incl. roots (excl. trees): 3. Principal Contractor role as defined by the Health & Safety (Management in Construction) (Jersey) Regulations 2016 for Development Work Package Nr 1 and following commencement, Development Works - Work Package Nr 2 This opportunity, divided into three elements of work, will be awarded under a single Contract, the NEC4 ECC form (Option A).
