***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area***. The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a supplier (or suppliers) to deliver a new scheme of knowledge transfer for farmers. Given the potential scale and scope of this scheme, this scheme presents a significant opportunity for bidders. The purpose of this Market Sounding Exercise is to gauge market interest and gather insights to refine the service requirements. Suppliers should upload their completed questionnaire and submit it through the messaging function on etenders by the closing date as detailed below.
