Tender description

This contract is to commission a report to better understand the scale of cost pass-through of future FCA regulations. The report will provide plausible ranges of cost passthrough in key regulated financial markets under various circumstances. This will be informed by a review of literature, evidence and information on empirical cost pass-through rates from financial and other markets following regulatory interventions.
