Cork National Roads Office - Facilities Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Cork County Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Contracting Authority) wishes to procure Facilities Maintenance Services from a Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Applicant’ or ‘The Tenderer’, as appropriate) in relation to an office at Richmond, Glanmire, Cork. Cork County Council will be the Contracting Authority. It is intended that the services will be provided over a fixed period of 36 months starting from the date of execution of the contract, with an option exercisable by agreement between the parties to extend the contract for a further period of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions.
