Tender description
The requirement of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) contract is to identify the gaps in knowledge and skills in the identified "in scope" staff that is not being addressed by existing or "in development" training that will fall under the NHS Commercial Learning & Development Academy umbrella. The results of the TNA will drive the development of NHS specific training modules that can be accessed by the right staff at the right time.
