The construction of a respite building residential building pedestrian bridge stable block covered lunging ring the change of use of existing dwelling and canteen and store refurbishment of existing stable blocks to include toilet facilities the provision of play areas car park equestrian riding circuit sensory trails walkways installation of waste water treatment systems polishing filters site lighting revisions of existing entrance provision of new vehicular entrance and all ancillary site works. The BoQ for contractor pricing will follow as a clarification on the 30th of January 2025 with tender returns required on the 28th of February 2025.
