Tender description
2.3.1 Transport Scotland's Transport Strategy and Analysis (TSA) Directorate requires specialist services to provide support to the Senior Transport Planners:• Provide resource and support to allocate, manage and undertake work which includes reviewing, commenting and providing recommendations on transport business cases and appraisals.• Support planners to advise authorities on the appropriate appraisal process prepared in line with Scottish Transport Appraisal Guidance (STAG).• Support planners to undertake research, prepare briefings and contribute to answers from questions from the public and Ministers.
