Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide Kitchen, Bathroom and Electrical works (internal) to 95 occupied properties, as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 11 (“ITT”).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=147404.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
